How to Update/Replace Your Payment Information (Credit Card)


If you receive an email about updating your credit card, or need to replace your credit card, please follow these steps:

(1) Login on your computer or phone browser.

(2) Click the Account symbol.

(3) Click "Add/Change Credit Card".

(4) Fill out again all of the information for your current credit card (even if you are only updating the expiration date).

Do A through F as shown below, and then click on "Update Credit Card."

That's it!

If you received a "Payment Failure" email, we will try to charge your credit card again in a few days.

You'll receive another email if there is still a problem with your payment.

If not, you're finished!
